    • Job Description
      Connectalents is currently hiring a Customer Service Manager for one of the largest and best-equipped processing, filling and packing plants in the Middle East.

      Job description:
      - Review and evaluate costing for all quotations, tenders, sales contracts, and ensure that data is aligned in both sales orders and purchase requests.
      - Assist all customers for efficient usage of all product applications.
      - Coordinate directly with customers regarding orders, quotations and provide feedback on order shipping status (ETD) Estimated time of departure and (ETA) Estimated time of arrival.
      - Receive customer complaints and follow up on preventive actions taken to communicate to customers.
      - Review all credit and debit notes with its rout cause and make sure that all needed documents are available to be sent to the Finance Department.
      - Maintain and update customers' database, contracts, and orders on SAP system.
      - Follow up with the production unit regarding orders readiness and logistics for shipping requirements.
      - Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to orders with its contribution and support the Commercial Department with all needed export reports and analysis required.
      - Plan export sales plans then submit it on SAP system for production and finance forecasting and business plan and follow up to ensure compliance.
      - Analyze all market sales indicators and plan all required resources for same and try compliance to all time frames
    • Job Requirements
      - A bachelor degree in relevant in a relevant discipline preferably Economics/Business Administration
      - +5 years of experience in customer service and sales preferably in a manufacturing environment
      - Excellent command of English
      - Good interpersonal and communication skills
