From a Single Office

Connectalents was founded in 2020 with a clear conviction: businesses in MENA deserved a better kind of HR partner, one that truly understood the region, moved at its pace, and stood behind every commitment.
What began as a recruitment firm in Egypt grew rapidly as clients asked us to take on more: payroll, compliance advisory, executive search, and eventually the full EOR model that lets companies hire anywhere in MENA without a local entity.
Today we operate across the UAE and Egypt, serving 130+ clients across 16+ countries, from startups making their first hire to multinationals managing payroll across three jurisdictions at once.
